As a therapist, I will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy(CPT) and Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to assist consumers in meeting their individual goals. I will utilize strengths-based and solution-focused methods in addition to providing education and skills related to diagnosis, mindfulness, stress reduction, effective communication, problem solving, and trauma processing. Consumers can expect to complete homework assignments between sessions to practice the skills they have learned, and maybe referred to additional providers as needs are identified.”

EDUCATION/SPECIALTIES

  • Heritage University: Bachelors of Science and Social Work(2020)
  • Kent School of Social Work: Master Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Mental Health (May, 2022)

I am currently working as an Individual, Child and Family Therapist. Previously I have primarily worked with consumers in crisis, those who have experienced trauma, are experiencing financial difficulties, anxiety, and other daily life stressors.

As a mixed-race therapist who advocates for justice, diversity, equality, and inclusion, I ensure my clients' needs are met to the best of my abilities while remaining as culturally sensitive as possible. I believe in serving the underserved and providing the most effective therapeutic interventions and modalities tailored to individual clients.
