I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in Washington, dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and evidence-based care. With experience in community-based mental health, virtual therapy, and inpatient treatment settings, I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use, grief, self-esteem issues, anger management, and career/life transitions.
My approach is person-centered and holistic, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
With a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and my current studies in PhD Clinical Psychology, my work is informed by both scientific research and real-world experience. I also hold a second master’s in Management and Clinical Psychology Certification and earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Jackson State University.
At the core of my practice is the belief that therapy is a collaborative journey. Together, we will recognize your strengths, develop adaptive coping strategies, and work toward a future where you feel more confident, balanced, and fulfilled. I welcome you to take the first step toward healing and self-discovery. Let’s start this journey together!
