In therapy, I aim to build a trusting space/ therapeutic relationship for you to feel safe to be seen and learn how to be your most authentic self in and outside of our sessions. I am able to utilize both holistic and evidence-based interventions, to support you depending on what you need. I believe in the mind-body-spirit connection and want to support you in learning practices to support your whole-self wellbeing.

I love creating a warm supportive environment for healing, teaching (psychoeducation) and supporting people in accessing their own abilities to live their best life, stay present when big emotions arise, and being able to mindfully experience and embrace the present moment. I am passionate about working with clients who are BIPOC, trans/ non-binary, college students, have chronic illness, exploring their sexuality, exploring their spirituality, learning how to date/ be in a romantic relationship, and seeking support in understanding how to manage their ADHD, Anxiety and/or PTSD.

I want to acknowledge that not every therapist is the perfect fit for every client, however if you have taken the steps to connect with me, I hope that I will be able to support, encourage and be a guide for you on your journey. “The word guide does not mean I have made it to the top of this mountain called “healing”, but that I am only a few steps ahead of you, as I have walked the path you are on now.” - The Mountain is You

My preferred ages are teens, college age, young adults and adults with kids up to 50.
