As a therapist with a more solution focused approach, my practice centers around providing you results, tangible action steps, and a path forward. I especially enjoy working with clients that feel therapy was not helpful in the past and/or want a fresh perspective. As a therapist who also has a background in coaching, I offer a unique blend that can help you achieve the goals that are important to you while also incorporating a deep understanding of mental health, trauma, and attachment wounds.

My therapy process is dynamic, I bring over 20 years of skills that I have built around emotional and mental health, communication skills and conflict resolution, breaking unhelpful patterns and over coming social isolation. I strongly believe that we don’t know what we don’t know and it can be hard to see our own patterns when we have engaged in said behaviors and thought patterns over time, as such, being able to provide that feedback and insight is paramount to our work together.

By working together we can dive deeper into being more self-expressed and in tune with yourself and reclaim what brings your life deeper meaning, satisfaction and overall wellness. We can help you build a solid foundation and a life that is in alignment with your values. Life can feel lonely, and as a practitioner, I strongly believe that healing happens the most profoundly in relationships. In the work that I do with clients, we get the opportunity to look at your current relationships and life circumstances and work together to build a thriving community and support system around you and inner stability to handle life's challenges and celebrate the unique person that is you.
